Tulsidas Khimji Pvt. Ltd. conferred Indian Airlines Award

Tulsidas Khimji Pvt. Ltd. (TKPL), one of the oldest freight forwarder in India which has diversified into logistics, recently received awards from Indian Airlines for being the most productive domestic cargo agent in 3 stations. In Ahmedabad and Mysore they were awarded for being the number one productive agent. Their Bangalore branch won the award for being the third highest productive agent in Bangalore station and also the entire Southern Region.

Mr. Shekar Kotian - Branch Manager, Bangalore, Mr. Pinakin Pandya - Branch Manager and Mr. A. Chandran Asst. Mgr. -Ahmedabad received the trophies.

Incidentally, this is the second consecutive time that TKPL has won the Number One Agent award in Ahmedabad Region. It is also a leading Domestic Cargo Agency in the southern and western regions.

TKPL may be rightly called one of the pioneers in air cargo as they were handling bullion (GOLD) as agents for Imperial Airways (British Airways) and KLM in thirties from Bombay and Karachi. They were appointed as IATA approved cargo agents as early as 1949.
