(TKPL) crossed another milestone in its continuous journey towards excellence when it was recently awarded the coveted ISO 9001:2000 certification for its sea division The certificate was presented by KPQR, a leading Quality Management certification body. KPQR's Executive Director, Mr. Suhas Risbood, congratulated TKPL Directors, Mr. Shantu Bhatia, Mr. Hemant Bhatia and Mr. Rajen Bhatia, and the entire staff of the company's sea division for having successfully completed all the requirements of ISO certification. One of the oldest custom house agents (CHAs) in India and one of the first IATA agents, Tulsidas Khimji has come a long way in terms of customer service, offering global logistics solutions and a network of own offices in the country. In addition, it has partners worldwide to provide that important global reach. TKPL played a leading role in organising the trade and the late Mr. Tulsidas Khimji was the first President of the Bombay Custom House Agents' Association (BCHAA). Having set up its corporate office at 46, Veer Nariman Road, Fort, way back in 1918, TKPL presently offers services from 13 locations and 120 countries in 400 world markets through its worldwide agents network. Mr. Jagadish Shenoy of Heals Management Services Pvt.
